Key words: logistics infrastructure, efficiency of use, own vehicle fleet The purpose of this final qualifying work is to develop a method of improving the efficiency of the logistics infrastructure of the freight forwarding company "BLG Logistics". To achieve this goal, an analysis of the economic, financial, economic and logistics activities of the company was carried out in order to identify problems. During the analysis it was found that the company does not have a sufficiently developed transport infrastructure, and also has shortcomings in the organizational structure. On the basis of scientific and practical literature, such recommendations as the expansion of the company's car fleet, the introduction of training programs for drivers, the creation of its own IT-technology, as well as changes in the organizational structure of management were developed. The result of the work is the economic justification of the proposed solutions.
