Human Resources Management in Pulsating Organisations of the Cultural Sphere

This research is caused by insufficient knowledge of the processes of human resource management and knowledge management in the cultural sphere, especially in connection with the organization of events. The aim of the work was to develop recommendations for improving the management of personnel in Russian and foreign pulsating cultural organizations. In accordance with the purpose, the following tasks were set: to examine the concept of "pulsating organization"; identify the features of human resource management in pulsating organizations; to examine and compare the Russian and foreign experience of personnel management in festival organizations. The work consists of three main parts. In the first chapter, the theoretical foundations of pulsating organizations were studied. The main functions of HRM were considered with taking into account the specific features of the event sphere. The second part is devoted to practical research: describes the used methodology – expert survey and data collection process. The subsequent analysis of the results of the questionnaire was made in the statistical package SPSS. The final part presents a number of recommendations developed on the basis of the conducted research and aimed at increasing the effectiveness of HRM processes in pulsating organizations.
