The analysis of the company proves that not all firms associated with the sale of coffee have developed logistics. Since the main emphasis is on marketing and business scaling, and logistics is the minimum contribution. The problem areas in this business can be traced, first of all, in the procurement system, in the system of supplier management, which generates, in particular, other problems like supply disruptions, missed sales, loss of customers.
