Android Application for Personal Accounting with QR-code Scanning Feature

This paper is dedicated to mobile application that is income and expenses aggregator. The advent of cheque QR-codes and increasing amount of banking card transactions broadens new horizons for personal accounting applications. Using other banking apps’ SMS, Push-notifications and check QR-codes as automated sources of data, we are going to make cases of manual transaction input occur less and less frequent to save users time. The result of this work is an Android Application for Personal Accounting with QR-code Scanning Feature built for easy incomes and expenses tracking and card and cash transactions aggregation in one place. Moreover, Android application exposes its source code with tools for other developers to increase the number of supported banks. The paper contains 33 pages, 3 chapters, 15 illustrations, 20 bibliography items, 4 appendices.
