Elaboration of Development Strategy of the Transport Company

The purpose of this work was to develop a strategy for a logistics company that operates in the territory of Nizhny Novgorod and the region. In the course of the work, the concepts of strategy and development of the company development project were studied, the trends of the logistics services market were analyzed, on the basis of which a draft strategy for the company was developed, which implies entering the new market of logistics services - outsourcing logistics for small businesses.
