Managing the Performance of Stakeholder Activities in Creative Hubs

The purpose of this work is to identify parameters for assessing the performance of stakeholder activities in creative spaces. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: 1. Identification of stakeholders in the creative space. 2. Formation of characteristics of stakeholders in the creative space: their description, goals and functions 3. Formation of parameters for assessing the performance of stakeholders in the creative space. Object of study: stakeholders of creative spaces The subject of the study: evaluation of the effectiveness of stakeholders' activities of creative spaces. The research used such methods as theoretical analysis of literature, mass media and Internet resources, content analysis of the sites of residents of the creative space for compliance with their codes OKVED2, as well as questioned survey of residents of the creative space. As a result, seven major stakeholders of the creative space were identified, their goals and functions were determined, on the basis of which parameters for assessing the performance of stakeholder activity in creative spaces were formed. In conclusion, recommendations were made to interact with each of the stakeholders in order to increase the effectiveness of its activities
