Senior Advisor Ivanova Anastasia Vladimirovna Keywords: reorganization of the network of commodity supply, model of strategic profit, algorithm for designing the network of commodity supply, scenario analysis, direct deliveries The objective of the work is to develop recommendations for the reorganization of the trading network of the trading company. The tasks is following: analysis of the company's economic activities, analysis of the company's logistics activities, identification of problems related to product distribution management, analysis of literature sources to identify ways of solving the existing problem, formulate an individual approach to solving the problem on the basis of the literature studied, taking into account the specifics of the company's activities, application of the developed recommendations in practice, analysis of the economic effectiveness of the proposed solution. When analyzing the logistics activities of the company, the following problems were identified: long lead times, high transport costs, lack of a responsible person The object of research is a trading enterprise, the scope of the company's activity is the trade in goods for the care of oneself. The following recommendations were developed in this WRC: Refusal to use the RC in the process of distribution, switching to direct supplies. The economic feasibility of practical application of the proposed improvements is proved. As a result, the return on equity in the model of strategic profit increased by% 4.
