Analysis of Factors Affecting the Life Quality

The topic of subjective well-being became popular among psychologists, sociologists and economists, who opened new directions of research. Since the majority of people spend a lot of time at work, it is important to realize significance of employment in the happiness formation. This article is focused on the correlation between working process and emotional state of every person, which depend on personal traits and working climate. The aim of the study is to analyze factors affecting job and life satisfaction generally. Different models of subjective well-being were formed using the data of "Russian Monitoring of the Economic Situation and Health of the NRU HSE" (RLMS - HSE) – 25th wave. They were analyzed in different ways of econometric modeling. The most correct variant of the model is chosen, the results based on the answers of 4000 respondents were presented.
