Improvement of Order Fulfillment Process on the Example of the Wholesale Company

This presented project describes how the process of order fulfillment can be improved in a wholesale company through defining accurately the groups of bottlenecks. Based on the analysis of bottlenecks, a model “To Be” relevant to the process of order fulfillment will be constructed in accordance with the set of activities to achieve the aim of the mprovement of order fulfillment process. In addition, the project will offer an alternative for including this activities in the model of strategic profit
