Development of a Production Expert System for the Analysis of Scientific Publications in English

The work is devoted to the development of a production expert system for the analysis of scientific publications in English based on the CLIPS shell. The use of the developed expert system by students and researchers will improve the quality of their publications and increase the chances of publishing the results of research in foreign publications. The object of research of this work are scientific publications in English, the subject is rule-based software systems that allow analyzing scientific articles in English. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters and conclusion, a bibliographic list and 7 annexes. The work is done on 66 pages, including 24 pages of the annex, contains 14 tables and 25 illustrations.  The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of existing software solutions in the field of analysis of scientific publications, as well as a description of the work of the expert system based on the CLIPS shell. The second chapter describes the subject area and the design of the expert system. The third chapter describes the main stages of the system development. The conclusion contains the results of the work and a description of the use of the system in further research. The annexes to the work included a description of the main project documentation: the technical specification and user's guide, as well as a description of the use cases and program code.
