This work is dedicated to improving organization of procurement process of medium enterprises in an example of wholesale-manufacturing company Siltech Ltd. The work contains analysis of company's economic activity, problems of procurement process were highlighted. The analysis of theme relevance was made and also foreign and domestic literature was analysed. Author develops own model of procurement process enhancement. The model is used to deal with problems, highlighted in chapter one. Efficacy of the suggested model is proved via calculation of economic effect using model of strategic profit.
