Valuation of Economic Efficiency from Implementation of the Lean

In the thesis, the concept of lean production is described. It also contains some methods for increasing the efficiency of the enterprise. Approaches to the estimation of economic efficiency of lean manufacturing implementation are considered. The obtained knowledge is used on an example of a specific organization. Based on the theme of the thesis, the following goal was set: to valuate the economic efficiency of the implementation of the concept of lean production by the example of a particular company. To achieve the above goal, the following tasks were set: 1. To study the concept of lean production; 2. Consider the methods used in the implementation of the concept; 3. Analyze various approaches to assessing the effectiveness of lean manufacturing; 4. Apply the acquired knowledge to the example of a particular enterprise. Of course, not everything conceived was initially implemented in practice. This was due to the limited time, as well as the high workload of the company's employees and their not very positive mood for any changes, which hampered the collection of practical technical data. But the most, at the moment, problem areas were identified and described in this paper.
