Graduation diploma on "Improving Manufacturing and Medical Equipment Supply from China:a Case of a Forwarding" includes the introduction, analysis of the company's economic activities, the study of the theoretical basis for improving the supply and transport process, and the practical application of methods of improvement and conclusion. The purpose of this work is to improve the supply of laser equipment for a trading company. The object of research work is a trading enterprise In this research the following main tasks are solved: 1. The actual organizational-economic analysis of logistic activity of the enterprise is carried out. On the basis of the analysis, the main problems and ways of their solution were identified by improving the delivery process. 2. Based on the theoretical basis, an approach was developed to improve the delivery process in a trading enterprise. 3. There were contaminated and economically justified measures to improve the delivery process. Keywords: transportation, transport companies, supply process, improvement of supply processes, estimation of economic efficiency, optimal route.
