The object of research work is a trading enterprise In this research the following main tasks are solved: 1. The actual organizational-economic analysis of logistic activity of the enterprise is carried out. On the basis of the analysis, the main problems and ways of their solution were identified by improving the delivery process. 2. Based on the theoretical basis, an approach was developed to improve the delivery process in a trading enterprise. 3. There were contaminated and economically justified measures to improve the delivery process.
