Analysis of the Academic Career of a Young Scientist in Russia

This paper examines the academic career of a young scientist in Russia in the framework of the bolonization of the education process. The direction of the graduate student's development was studied in the conditions of the re-qualification of the postgraduate institute in the third stage of higher education. By means of qualitative comparative analysis on the example of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov analyzed the academic activities of graduate students who defended their Ph.D. thesis in economics, in the period 2013-2016.
