Higher School of Economics Normative Documents Reference Information System Development

The main stages of the life cycle of information and reference system of documents development are described in the presented project. List of tools used: Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2013, Microsoft Office Access, Microsoft Office Visio 2010. The first chapter includes the description and analysis of the subject area, business processes occurring within the enterprise in question, as well as the specification of functional and non-functional requirements for the system. The second chapter describes the design of the database, use cases and algorithms. The third chapter consists of a description of the process of developing the user interface and the functions of the program.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.

Student theses are objects of copyright and their use is subject to limitations in accordance with the Russian Federation’s law on intellectual property.
