Industrial Cluster in Mari El: the Prospects of Emergence and Development

The paper aims at study in the key global trends in industrial clusters development. The role of clusters in the economy of the country and regions in particular is increasing. Clusters contribute to the socio-economic development of regions, increasing the level of competitiveness, infrastructure development, scientific, technical and human resources. This work is devoted to the prospects of emergence and development an industrial cluster in the subject of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Mari El. The study is conducted with a review of the experience of foreign countries, the analysis of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, assessing the potential of the region, cluster analysis and analysis of coefficients.
