Automatic and Semi-automatic Ranking of Polemic on the Russian Internet

In this work, I investigate polemics on the Russian Internet. The purpose of the study is to develop a program that will process headlines for some period, and extract the most polemic disputes occurring at that time, and opinions that people share while discussing the topic. The paper has a broad description of data collection, methods of processing and tools used as well as logics behind the program and the results. The work also contains an extensive description of polemics, difficulties of headlines processing, relevance of the topic of the research and practical implementations of the results.
