Psychoanalytic Dimensions of Leadership in the Digital Era

The work deals with the process of digitalization, affecting the most traditional spheres of society and economy, a new type of competition and the role of subjects of economic and social relations that require a new type of leader capable of responding to the challenges of these relations and changing dynamically in accordance with the external and internal context. The author also introduces the new term "dry ocean", describing the processes of new competition in the digital era, the author analyzes the aspects of leadership using the example of two business cases.
