Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Computer Systems and Networks (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2018

The master's work is devoted to the development of a software package for the processing, analysis and structuring of DNA and RNA replication sequences obtained by sequencing. The goal of the final qualifying work is the development of a software packag. The dissertation includes of three chapters. The first chapter is theoretical and is devoted to the study of the subject area, namely, genetic engineering and its application in practice. After the study, an assignment will be made for the development of the software package. The second chapter is experimental and is devoted to the study of analogues of the developed program. The main analogues are considered, which revealed the advantages and disadvantages that were taken into account when developing the software package. The third chapter is practical and is devoted to the development of a software package based on all the materials studied. The result of the work is the developed software package for processing, analysis and structuring of DNA and RNA replication sequences obtained by sequencing.
