Final Grade: 7

Year of Graduation: 2018

This graduate work is devoted to the research of active econonomic strategies of low-income pensioners and factors that lead to the following / rejection of these strategies. The relevance of the study is justified by the fact that adherence to active economic strategies can enhance the coevolution of the culture of survival. The uniqueness of the work is that most of the research on this topic has been done quantitatively, while I attempted to see what mechanisms are hidden behind the results of quantitative research by the authors. As a result, a number of factors that affect the changes in economic strategies have been identified. For example, one of the most common factors is the phenomenon of reciprocity within family ties. The mechanism of influence of this factor on the choice of active / passive strategies by pensioners was described in the work.
