CROC Incorporated: Internal IT-Project Management

The present paper touches upon concepts related to internal IT-project management in Croc Inc., Russian IT-company. The objective of this work is to investigate key characteristics of internal IT-projects in Croc Inc. by conducting a research to reveal the contrasts between internal and external IT-projects. The methods utilized include a questionnaire survey, a face-to-face interview and secondary data collecting (a company overview, expert commentaries, etc.). The results anticipated could be helpful for practical purposes as the research outcomes could be implemented in Croc’s internal IT-project management processes.
