Annotation In this paper, we perform a comparative analysis of UWB and other standards, as well as an overview of the tools for building systems that can be used in local networks. The purpose of this paper is to prove the efficient of using such systems. The main efficient marks: • data transmission speed; • cost. In the course of the work were studied the principles of operation of the UWB standard, as well as possible means of implementation. The scope of work includes 34 pages, 10 figures, 4 tables, 1 scheme and 7 used sources.
