Wages are the most important assessment of the graduate`s position in the labor market, because it reflects the employer's assessment of the specialist`s performance, the availability of certain skills, the quality of his education and the amount of accumulated human capital. The purpose of this paper is to find out what factors correlate with wages in the first years of labor activity. In this regard, the following tasks are to: • conduct a literature review and a comparative analysis of existing studies; • View databases and make necessary selections; • conduct an econometric analysis of factors explaining wages • choose the most suitable model that describes the salary.
