The paper reviews the sources discussing the potential of the Rogerian person-centered approach in organizational context. The review shows that in spite of the wealth of information about the practical usage of PCA in organizations, there are a few references to studies of its effects and effectiveness. The gap between practical use and research of using of PCA is emphasized. The possible discrepancy in the declared values of PCA and those of organizational development is examined. The potential of constructionists principles, for example, the Anticipatory and Free choice principles (Shroeder, 2013), is considered to address PCA studies in organizations.
