Design of Development Strategy for FMCG-Manufacturing Company

Theme of graduate work: “Design of development strategy for FMCG-manufacturing company” This research covers theoretical aspects of approach to strategy development process for manufacturing companies in FMCG-industry and role of corporate centers in making strategic decisions. Besides theoretical issues regarded in 1st chapter current work contains analysis of FMCG-retail trends which have influence on international and global manufacturing FMCG-companies. Also, the results of interviews conducted with employees of global FMCG-companies working in sales and marketing departments are presented. Also, in this research was accessed current strategy of one of leading FMCG-companies using case-study-method. The result of current research is concluded in design of specific recommendations for present strategy’s modifications and calculation of effect from offered recommendations. In designed recommendations market trends are considered and have relevance for this time (2018) in current market conditions and company’s position in the market.
