Strategy Development for Russian Retailers in Context of New Economic Reality

The topic of the thesis: «Strategy Development for Russian Retailers in Context of New Economic Reality» The theoretical bases of strategic management, identified by both Russian and foreign authors, were studied in the thesis. In addition, these fundamentals are considered in the context of the retailer. For a deep understanding of the company's external environment, the trends and dynamics of the retail market were analyzed, and also there were studied the development of strategies of leading Russian and foreign retailers. The result of the thesis is the development of certain recommendations for strategy of the Russian retail Dixy Group in the new economic reality. These recommendations are made for the perspective of 3-5 years from the current period (2018 year)
