Identification and Analysis of the Necessary Competencies for Project Managers in the Sphere of Blockchain-Technology

The main goal of this graduation work is to determine a set of core competencies for project managers that are necessary for the successful implementation of projects in the field of Blockchain technology application. For this, a quantitative statistical analysis of the requirements presented in the job advertisements for project managers in the field of Blockchain technology application in the USA companies on the online labor exchange "Indeed" is conducted. After it the comparison of identified requirements and competencies presented in the ICB IPMA standard is done, followed by recommendations on how the education and training of project managers in the field of Blockchain technology application can be improved.
