The topic of my bachelor’s thesis is "Management of a Venture Capital Deal using NP Capital Example". The object is venture capital fund NP Capital, the subject is a management of venture capital financing deal. The problem is lack of a systematic approach to managing venture financing deals. The purpose is to develop recommendations for venture capital deals management. The relevance of the topic is justified by the presence of only a small number of scientific articles in the Scopus and Web of Science databases and, accordingly, the low problem research, the lack of authors’ real experience in organization and support of venture deals, as well as 3) confirmation of the need to systematize existing deals management approaches and develop recommendations from several venture funds, including NP Capital. To achieve the goal in the first part of work, the project management methodologies, which could potentially be implemented into deals management system, and their comparative analysis was carried out. In the second part of the work, the stages of the venture financing transaction and the tasks of the fund team, possible risks, and key stakeholders were analyzed. In the third part of the work, the possibility of implementation of methodologies into NP Capital's transaction management system was tested and based on the empirical data obtained and theoretical systematization of methodologies, methodological recommendations for the management of venture financing transactions were developed. The recommendations include hybridization of methodologies, the use of a Waterfall model at the macro level (at the level of the deal stages), the use of the Kanban method at the micro level (the level of tasks within one stage), and the implementation of Scrum to manage specific areas of the project. Such a hybrid approach was introduced into NP Capital's transaction management system, after that, a positive feedback was received from the fund's management and investment team.
