Strategic Corporate Knowledge Management (Corporate University Designing)

In an increasingly unstable and difficult to predict business environment, using the knowledge is strategically important part to achieve leadership. The present study highlights the issues of building a strategy for the development of the company, taking into account the most effective use of human capital. The goal of this work is to obtain a practical solution in the field of strategic knowledge management for the Russian media and technology holding: the creation of an individual model of knowledge management and the program for the design of a corporate University. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to prove the existence of the relationship between the company's strategy and knowledge management, as well as a review of the best tools and practices of corporate knowledge management. Within the practical part, based on the methodology of Mini-ethnographic case study and strategic analytical tools, the company was analyzed by strategic analytical tools for analyzing the company's environment. The research design called triangulation research methodology and includes: literature Review, Direct observation and In-depth semi-structured interviews. The results were reflected in the decision for the company and the general recommendations, that could be an example for other companies in the field of technology and IT on the basis of this study to create their own models of strategic knowledge management, certainly with a certain share of customization. Also, this work will be useful for top managers, leaders and owners of companies.
