Comparable Analysis of Strategy Development Methodologies

In the course of this work I will study approaches to the strategy, methods of strategy development, will conduct a case study for a IT company in order to make a comparative analysis of approaches. The method of survey among managers of the company will be used to conduct this study. Сonclusions and recommendations made will help the companies to improve their current activities, determine the prospects for development and achieve competitive advantages.
