User Voice Text-to-Speech Application

The paper is dedicated to text-to-speech application based on the voice parameters of the user. The scope of application of the developed application, as well as potential options for its use, examples of existing solutions of the speech synthesis problem are discussed, their advantages and disadvantages are considered. Describes the algorithm of the program, as well as options for improving or alternative solutions for specific parts of the problem. Describes all the parts of the existing task, namely, the training of the acoustic model to create a user voice model, as well as the synthesis of the speech signal based on the user's voice data. The development object is the Desktop application in C # language for speech synthesis based on the user's voice data.
