Bicriteria Evaluation of Telecommunication Network Capacity

In the graduate work, the methods of the telecommunications network evaluation based on two criteria which was not previously applied, and based primarily on the interests of subscribers are considered. The possibility of further upgrading the telecommunication network based on these criteria are examined too. In the course of the research, routing algorithms were analyzed for various route building models, and a prototype of a system for estimating and upgrading telecommunication network models was created.
