The Role of Self-Consciousness in Entrepreneurship

This paper examines connection between self-consciousness of entrepreneurs and the results of their entrepreneurial activity. The technique of repertory grids was used as a method of investigating self-consciousness in the empirical study. This study revealed a difference in self-consciousness between two groups of entrepreneurs, differing in the volume of annual turnover of their companies.
