Securitization of Lease Assets

The subject of this research is the mechanism of securitization of leasing assets. The purpose of this work is to conduct a thorough study of the aforementioned mechanism and to construct an econometric model based on the data collected from securitization transactions on leasing assets, concluded in Italy during the period from 2002 to 2016. The study examines definitions and approaches towards securitization processes of different native and foreign specialists. During the research, a number of hypotheses about the influence of various parameters on the sum of securitization transaction were formulated and tested. The Master's dissertation consists of the introduction of the substantive part of the study, conclusions, annexes and a list of sources used. The substantive part is divided into 2 chapters - the theoretical part and the empirical part. Empirical part contains 12 tables. The list of used sources consists of 24 items. The overall volume of the work is 41 pages, in which the substantive part is of 28 pages.
