The work reveals the basic principles of the creation and development of recreational and recreational spaces. The legal basis of the Russian legislation in the sphere under study is considered using the example of a specially protected natural area of the Tushinskaya Nature Park. As sources, legal acts have been used in the sphere of environmental and town-planning legislation.
