Analysis of the Tourist Industry of the Crimean Peninsula: Strategic Opportunities and Evaluation of Attractiveness

The purpose of this work is to identify strategic opportunities and determine the attractiveness of the tourism industry of the Republic of Crimea and the City of Federal Importance ​​Sevastopol. This goal is due to the uniqueness of the situation that occurred with the region after 2014. To achieve this goal, PEST analysis was carried out during the work, a model of M. Porter's forces was used, a map of strategic groups was built, the main drivers and key factors of success in the industry were identified. Based on the data obtained with the help of these analysis tools, the work identified a number of strategic opportunities for the industry, and concluded that the industry is highly attractive.
