The analysis of the coffee business made a clear understanding of the profitability in this market, which explains the recent increase in the numbers of venues opening in the Moscow region. Two main questions were under the scope of my interest. The first was the key factors determining the success of a coffee shop. The second concern was to determine the exact pattern of operation of the coffee shop business. Some variables are found to be good explanatory variables for the success of the coffee business. The findings open new horizons for further investigation.
