ABSTRACT diploma thesis on "the IMPACT of REVENUE DIVERSIFICATION ON the STABILITY of COMMERCIAL BANKS" Done by a student group 3-BD, HSE, Igorevim Roman Andreevich Key words: Commercial banks, diversification, earnings management The object of study is a commercial Bank and the impact of differentiation resistance in Russia. Subject of research - the impact on the activities of commercial banks provided financial and economic crisis that began in Russia in 2014. The aim of the study was to analyze the financial statements of a number of commercial banks and to identify the main trends; to review the performance of banks in areas of income-generating operations. The modernity and relevance of this work lies in the fact that this is the first crisis of this kind in Russia today, and previous experience may not be relevant in the current environment. For 2017 there is a situation in which a sufficiently large number of banks with becoming more and more decreases the net profit. There are those who until recent years was a fully profitable, and now, for the same period show a net loss, the result ceases to coincide with the original expectation, increase of overdue debts. Foreclosing the possibility of funding and lending in the West and the East in no hurry to help us out, by lending money at low interest rates. Now more than ever has become an urgent topic for the management of income and expenses of the Bank, monitoring indicators and cost optimization leading to sales growth and profits. More productive work with clients and implementation of various CRM systems. Therefore come to the fore the personal qualities and competence of top managers, who should be able to find solutions to arising problems and difficulties. What it is, rebuilding strategies, the use of modern means of automation and IT and to occupy its niche on the market.
