Digitalization Strategy of PJSC "Gazprom" Gas Business by Using Public-private Partnerships

This article is devoted to PJSC Gazprom's digitalization strategy, the world's largest energy company. The paper reviews the current state of the gas industry and its challenges, as well as "as is" and "to be" business models of the company. Within the framework of the developed project, special attention was paid to the possibility of using public-private partnership for the creation of PJSC Gazprom’s digital infrastructure in the Gasification business segment.
