Overcoming the Regional Constraints by the Platform-Based Master’s Level Education

In this work the review of the literature devoted to the basic principles and models of networks/nets is submitted. The general trends of master’s level education in Russia, the Russian University of Cooperation multi-campus structure and status of master’s level education in each campus are analysed. Some general and regional constrains of development of master’s level education in revealed. Alternative solutions are proposed and selection criteria are defined. The model of the platform-based master’s level education for Russian University of Cooperation is designed. This model enable increasing of manageability of the multi-campus university structure and assures the mechanism for achievement of required level of educational services and products quality. The draft of the local normative act has been proposed so that is sets out the basic framework for the model realisation and defines the rights and duties of participants.
