This paper considers the problem of optimizing the processing of requests in the information system. This system is a single-channel queuing system M/G/1 with impatient customers. The specificity of this system is that the application received by the system will be successfully processed only with a certain probability. Otherwise, the application starts processing again. Therefore, it is necessary to limit the number of repeated calls to maximize profits. In this paper the method of mathematical modeling will be used. Work results will include recommendations for system optimization depending on the input parameters.
