"The Labyrinth" Project: Testing the General Business Model and Microtransaction System

In the framework of work, a business model and monetization strategies are developed for the project “The Labyrinth”. The theoretical aspect of business modeling is analyzed; its various concepts are considered, and a review of modern ways of monetization in the gaming industry is conducted. The author explores the markets of mobile and board games, citing their most significant indicators. Then a brief description of the project "The Labyrinth" is given, the business model itself is built, and the necessary calculations are carried out to verify the profitability of the product.
