Forecast and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Website

ER-City Group uses the website as the main sales channel. In order to increase conversion, it was decided to develop a new company website. After the implementation of the site, there was a need to evaluate and predict the effectiveness of the new Internet resource. The paper presents a description of the website development process, a review of website performance metrics, the theoretical basis for analyzing and forecasting time series, a comparison of the results of time series models to identify the best model, a website performance analysis, as well as a website conversion forecast for survey period.
