ER-City Group uses the website as the main sales channel. In order to increase conversion, it was decided to develop a new company website. After the implementation of the site, there was a need to evaluate and predict the effectiveness of the new Internet resource.

The paper presents a description of the website development process, a review of website performance metrics, the theoretical basis for analyzing and forecasting time series, a comparison of the results of time series models to identify the best model, a website performance analysis, as well as a website conversion forecast for survey period.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
