The object of this thesis is the activity of the logistics department of the Russian branch of the international company GE Healthcare, one of the main activities of which is the production, sale and after-sales service of high-tech medical equipment. The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the activities of the logistics department, the identification of problems related to the logistics of providing service for the installation base of medical equipment in the territory served by the department - Russia and the CIS. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the identified problems and provide a set of measures to rationalize the logistics activities of GE Healthcare in Russia.
