Evaluation Company Information-analytical System Development

The paper describes the process of development of information-analytical system of the evaluation company. The system allows to store data about customers and contracts of the company, generate an accounting report on wages and evaluate the market value of the apartment using a neural network. The server part of the information system is implemented in the C# programming language and ASP.NET Core, client side – JavaScript and React. The work contains: 51 pages of the main text, 4 chapters, 11 tables, 16 used sources, 38 figures, 3 appendices (Appendix A. Technical specification, Appendix B. EDM-entity model of the subject area, Appendix B. Test results according to the criteria of the black box testing). Chapter 1 contains an analysis of the subject area, the review of similar implementations and the analysis of the problem. Chapter 2 describes the neural network model, its design and testing. Chapter 3 contains the development of system requirements and a description of the design process of the information and analytical system, including the design phase of the data model and the structure of the system. Chapter 4 describes the implementation of the system and its testing.
