This work is devoted to the study of investment flows in the oil and gas industry of Russia, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, the identification of obstacles that impede the deepening and expansion of the foreign presence in the framework of the PSA in territories. Also in the framework of research, the issue of improving the investment climate for Russian highly profitable and low-profitable deposits is analyzed.
