Nowadays in Russia 5.5 million people need nursing care, the vast majority of whom are receive it at home. However, this problem can be solved with the help of modern technologies in the field of telemedicine. This research is devoted to analyzing the needs of participants of the nursing care market with the development of a system for monitoring the health of patients who need nursing care, as well as the quality of nursing services. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of continuous monitoring of the health status of people who need constant care and monitoring. With the help of the developed solution, it is possible to remotely monitor the state of patients' health, the quality of nursing care, monitor the state of the environment in the room, as well as detect emergency situations associated with falls. The developed solution will also reduce one of the factors that increase the mortality of patronage patients - the occurrence of bedsores. Relatives will be able to obtain information about the patient's health status, as well as the quality of care provided by caregivers. Care professionals will be able to respond quickly to emergency situations and adjust the care plan depending on the indicators.
