Comparing and Contrasting of Doing Business in Russia and Thailand: Case of CPF Company

This paper describes distinctions between doing business in Russia and in Thailand. It aims to provide guideline for any investors who want to conduct business in Russia. The comparisons between law/regulations, cultures and marketing strategies has been made using the Company CPF as case study. Exploratory research and descriptive research are used to identify the distinctions from extant literature, the survey from Thai and Russian consumers and interviews with related staffs. The findings show differences and recommendations between two markets. Researcher hopes this paper will be useful for those who want to conduct business in Russia.
