The Impact of CEO Innovativeness on Firm’s Innovative Performance

This study is considered to examine how CEO’s personal innovative background can affect firm’s innovation performance. As an object of research this study considers fast pace growing companies based in the United States as it is believed that investigations on developed markets provide more clear results. The results obtained for companies in the US high-tech sector can be extended to high-tech companies in other developed economies.
