Improving Order Fulfillment Process by the Example of Online Retailer

This paper describes a study that will examine the process of order fulfillment using primarily the case of online-retailer. Based on the interpretation of the data obtained from primarily the financial statements from 2014 to 2018 and corporate information about the business-processes and structure of the company the case study, algorithm will be developed to provide frameworks for understanding the challenges in order fulfillment of online-retailer and the way these challenges can be met.
